Meet the host

Paul Thies, Vice President – Marketing, Communications & Brand, is the creator, producer and host of Jacobs’ thought leadership podcast, If/When. He is an award-winning communications executive with multiple years of experience leading, supporting and coaching executives and teams in industries such as software, business intelligence, energy and telecommunications. Beside the podcast program, Paul leads the marketing, communications and brand function for Jacobs’ Divergent Solutions unit, a line of business responsible for the delivery of next-generation cloud, cyber, data and digital solutions.
